CANCELLATION AND “NO SHOW” POLICY

The advance payment is refundable if the booking is canceled within 30 – 16 days before arrival/Check-in date and 85% will be refunded.
75% will be refunded if canceled 15 – 8 days before arrival/Check-in date
No refund claim will be accepted if canceled within 7 days before arrival/Check-in date.
Management reserves the right to review the above policy on a case-to-case basis.
Any disputes are Subject to Jurisdiction in Almora Court.
